1. Digital Vastu PDF Reports

Personalized Vastu floor plan PDF reports are generated digitally based on specific map coordinates, degree inputs, and customer details provided during the session. Because these reports are instantly generated and accessible upon payment completion, payments for single or bundled digital reports are generally non-refundable once the download link is generated.

However, if you experience a technical failure where payment was deducted but the report was not delivered or generated due to a server error, our team will re-generate the report or issue a full refund within 5–7 working days.

2. Online Training Courses

Enrollment in VastuUDrishti online courses provides immediate access to video curriculums and learning resources. If you face access issues or technical playback errors, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase. Refund requests for courses where substantial course material has already been viewed or downloaded cannot be entertained.

3. Physical Remedy Products (Strips, Pyramids, Energizers)

Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that a physical product arrives damaged during transit, please notify us within 3 days of delivery with parcel unboxing photographs. We will immediately dispatch a free replacement or initiate a refund.
Cancellations: Orders for physical products can be cancelled before they are dispatched for shipping. Once dispatched, standard return shipping guidelines apply.

4. Refund Processing Timelines

Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment source (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI) via Razorpay within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank's clearance cycles.
